Jake who plays Max Branning in the BBC long-running series Eastenders, is one of the lead actors in this soap. Jake is passionate about the charity and does what he can, when he can.

In the summer, he lit up an event that was staged for the charity. The public really love this man and Jake helped the charity raise £3.500 on the day. A top man who is one of your own.
